[家獣バウー] or “House Beast,” this monstrous plant serves as the eighth of the Twelve Apostles in the 1989 anime series. Looking like a huge pineapple, the creature has roots on its top and two feet on the bottom so that it can roam around. It has a “door” and is covered with “windows” (with some kind of “glass” covering them) and can open its mouth to let in other Akuma-kun characters. This is not dangerous, as the Wiki points out,for the monster lives off of human waste, using it as fertilizer to stay healthy. (In this regard, it’s somewhat like the yōkai Aka-name that lurks in untidy toilets, feeding off of dreck and mold.

The cel cuts off the top and bottom of the fuller design sketched on the douga (see thumbnail). That is very much like this image from Mizuki’s manga:
