Touya reacts to his admirers’ admiration with a weary yawn. But we know now from the discreet conversation he’s just had with Yuki that he is still exhausted from the Ep. 67 power transfer. In essence, he now has inherited the fits of narcolepsy that Yukito had shown all through the latter part of Season 3. But he shakes himself back awake and carries on.
Though a shut-eyes image, this is still a lively and realistic image of this character. See how lifelike those spread fingers (with fingernails!) are. It is a bit of a shame that the sketchwork going forward was not as careful, as you can see from the screencap that the final form of these fingers was not as natural; but as the frame flies by in an instance, it was “good enough.”
