By all accounts, “Drought God” is a formidable match for Kitarō, but as he reappears among the protagonist’s supporters in Ep. 52, the two must make amends at the end of the episode. This cel of this cuddly yōkai hitching a ride on Ittan Momen was too delightful to resist picking up.
