OP: Mone and Neneko: Reanimation
Cel Number: A1-A5
And here are the five dougas animated according to the timing sheet. The bank begins with the A3 frame and is animated “by twos,” each frame getting a twelfth of a second, rather than the usual eighth (i.e., "by threes"). In addition, the A4 and A5 frames are run together at 1/24 sec. to provide the “snap” of the hand motion. Then A1 and A2 return the hands to the A3 position, and the bank then loops eight times (3 seconds).
But I’ve just let it loop endlessly, so you can see some of the challenges of doing this cut in full images. Notice how the size of the boots, which don’t move during the cut, seem to pulsate. It is no wonder that the following cut of Kuyō and Mizuki was done with partial dougas so this wouldn’t happen.
