Cut 149. Then the grown Karada breaks the silence by asking, “And what if you never find her?” This shakes Tetsu out of his reverie, making him widen his eyes and jerk his head up suddenly.
This time I’ve featured the genga, as the rough (first thumb) and the shuusei rough (second thumb) are more roughly executed than the A1 key. The genga artist, however, did a superb job of capturing Tetsu’s little gasp of surprise.
