Episode 6, Scene 4, cut 10, according to the cels and the background. The aliens' impregnable invasion craft Moby Dick is advancing on the site of the command room, and the officers are frantically ordering immediate evacuation. The more objective Mirei is telling that she has some new information from Keith (whom we have seen ambushing the feared invasion craft). Sequence numbers: A12 (Mirei), B2 (mouth), C1 END (uniformed officer in foreground)
The storyboard image (see below) adds a number of officers dashing past her to the right, evidently to put the evacuation into execution.
The matching background of the command room was only slightly damaged, so I’ve given a scan of it solo in the thumbnail.
