Here Bad Girl, seen nearly full length in her extravagant and improbable Gyazarian battle outfit, looks to be talking to her superiors, the Emperor Vince and the malign Paula Prairie, on what must have passed in the 1980s as cutting-edge futuristic cell phone technology. The (probably unmatching) background shows a network of reinforced cables, which, in the pre-BlueTooth era, were necessary to connect just about any high-tech device to a router or power source.
Notice that Bad Girl has been given extraordinarily long painted nails on each hand. These can’t make it easy to dial that cell phone, much less send text messages, but they certainly highlight the over-the-top impression this character makes whenever she arrives on the scene.
