Episode 38: Eagle's All-out Attack on Cephiro Castle. During this episode, Mokona leads Hikaru down a corridor to an interior courtyard or plaza, with hanging gardens encircling a fountain. There she finds Lantis, and has a rather intimate conversation with him before they are interrupted by Eagle Vision’s assault.
This, like the previous item, is an image board, or piece of concept art in American animation jargon. It shows many of the details seen in the backgrounds of the cuts in this scene but was not itself intended to be used behind any of the cels. In fact, it is only partially finished, though the design on the path leading to the fountain and the diamond-shaped tile with a golden globe behind it are prominent details in the establishing shots for this scene.
The legend to the bottom right reads:

The last line presumably gives the date (July 7) when the art was submitted and what may be the artist’s cursive initial.
Again, I've called out two portions of the watercolor in the thumbs to show in more detail. I'm especially impressed with how the globe inside the diamond really looks 3-dimensional, even in a study this preliminary.
