Featured above is the A11 douga, a key image showing Mayuko turning and looking in horror at NieA’s flying device, while Chiaki, still dashing out, is only just beginning to look up. The thumbs show two previous key images, the A4 and A6, showing stages in Mayuko’s entry into the frame.
Owners of the DVD set will recognize that an image from this cut was used in the scene access menu to represent this half of the episode. The dougas at this point are all partials (showing the three characters being blown around in different ways by the draft). But many of the frames leading up to this point are full images, and such good ones that I’ve been generous about sampling still scans of several of them.
