The B13 is a partial, showing the two making contact while Jeanne’s hair and robes are still in action. This one, the end key, shows the big kiss fully consummated, a wonderfully complex and well composed image.

Note the really excellent foreshortening of Sinbad's left hand (and the sleeve behind it) behind Jeanne’s back. (Interestingly, the animator labeled this in Japanese and English, using the phonetic transliteration “Syndobat” for “Sinbad.”)
See the thumbnail for the copy layout of this key moment.
One of the studio artists annotated the timing sheet, outlining the episode number dramatically and writing “ROOROCK” in big capital letters after the stamped “JANNU” (the short Romanji title that Toei used for the show). I don’t know what this signifies, but suspect it might be a Japanese equivalent for an expression like “Hoo-boy!” or “You rock!”
Anyhow, it seems to fit. “JANNU ROOROCK!”
