Finally, Finally, the leader of the Powerpuff Girls in their “Z” manifestation, Momoko Akatsutsumi, seems to explode out of the bottom of the screen, her signature pink bow shooting out in all directions. A keen observer of other magical girl series, she is as ready as Tomoyo (of CCS) to exploit her transformation into “Hyper Blossom” in every way, including spectacular costumes and an unending store of special attacks and gadgets.
