In this intensely malevolent glare, Dougan smiles at his helpless victims and prepares to activate the dreaded device.
This is one of the most intense images I've seen of this handsomely designed villain, and take a look at the layout, which actually has his line penciled in. (Something like "Bye-bye, bodhisattvas," I assume.)
