This is the cel that exactly matches the “Aゥ”inbetweener sketch.
It unfortunately came slightly damaged, with the paint at the bottom of her bow peeled off onto the douga (thumbnail). Note, however, how the studio handled the potential "fan service" issue by making a fold of Fuu's skirt turn inward and conceal her panties.
