Episode 23 (The Sound of Rust), cut 102. This is Shige, the young girl whose voice has accidentally attracted a parasitic mushi to her town that grows on people's flesh like rust (or like leprosy, one might add). To protect himself from her influence, Shinko is talking to her inside a sweat lodge, which is why the screen cap is so foggy.
