Step 16 (Feelings that Cannot Be Answered), cut 309. At the end of the scene, Sensei comments that since Muse disappeared without finishing her exam, she's still academically deficient. Still in her "kami of academic excellence" form, Muse hears this and realizes that she's not only failed in her dasterly task, she's flunked her exam a second time.
This is a rather preliminary-seeming genga; the thumbnail shows the shuusei that makes Muse's shock all the more dramatic by making her seem to turn into a block of stone.
This shuusei is likely the work of the episode's animation director, Riku Satō, who also supervised this dramatic sequence of Natsumi and Nekhbet from the same episode.
