Here, Raphael nearly comes entirely through the plate to the other side. Sequence number: A12 END. This vivid and beautifully painted cel is one I was lucky enough to get by way of Anime Jewell. It makes a satisfying complement to my gengas showing the start of this cut.

Vapalla’s Cels has this image’s immediate predecessor, the A11 in this sequence, and another nearby cel was recently obtained by Fan Kanji Productions.
SENSEI CHECK!
This cel has an unnumbered bottom layer with airbrushing on the left, visible on the left edge in two places behind Raphael's wings. See where this airbrushing is indicated on the douga behind Raphael's wing and the tails of his jacket. I've left the scan uncropped on the left side to show this odd feature, which isn't visible in the final version because the jasmine jelly conceals everything to the left of the plate.
Perhaps it was originally intended to show the contours of the far side of the jasmine jelly, while a top layer of transparent airbrushing was supposed to show the near side, so Raphael would be seen traveling through the jelly before he penetrates the plate. But, as noted with the previous items, a nearly opaque jelly layer was used instead.
